Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash involving two school buses and an 18-wheeler truck. The driver of Bus 124, which was otherwise empty, suffered serious injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The nine children riding in Bus 116, were all taken to Edinburgh Children’s Hospital in what was labeled just a precaution. All nine are reportedly fine.
The DPS has yet to decide whether or not any charges will be filed in connection with the incident.
