Cottonwood, MN, resident Olga Franco has been accused of causing a collision between a minivan and a school bus that killed four children in February 2008. Franco maintains that her boyfriend was driving the minivan at the time of the crash, although the prosecution has submitted forensic evidence suggesting that she was in fact the cause of the accident. Male DNA has only been found on the passenger side airbag of the car, for example. Franco’s defense attorneys will make their case today.
